Dearly Beloved,

What is the teaching of the Winged Sun? As this answer unravels for you, I would like to start with a quote to ponder from the transfiguration of Yeshua. Before I do, I wish to inform you this is not a teaching of dogma, nor is it a symbol of idolatry as a Sun God. If you believe the biblical and ACIM quotes are dogmatic, then you are bringing the dogma of Christianity and organized religion into this teaching. This is an esoteric mystical teaching of spiritual laws and visionary experience that you test for yourself, free of division and religious opinions. Many of the terms are the same in verbal sound and appearance only. Terms like belief, faith, Holy Spirit, the Son of God, and forgiveness all mean something completely different in the mystical Christ tradition. It is not a religion, sect, or cult; however, it does teach you what "true religion" is, which can never be divided.

I understand Christianity can be viewed as a source of great trauma for many people. If you can allow yourself the opportunity for a new meaning of these terms to be given to you by the Holy Spirit, it will be a great step in learning to let go of living in the past and your own divided mind. You will be letting go of a grievance against yourself, the only Self that exists, as you forgive another in your Self. You can only discover true forgiveness yourself by giving it to others. Do this and you will exit mechanical religion and discover a mystical tradition that exists in all the great religions of the world, and appreciate the words to follow.

“And was he transfigured before them: and his face shone like the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.” Matthew 17:2

This quote represents the pinnacle of what is ultimately possible by learning this teaching. Your goal in life can be to transfigure from the body to a being of light just like Yeshua did, because Yeshua is no one special. Tibetan monks have been dissolving into light for thousands of years. Setting the goal so your face shines like the sun can bring you nothing but peace. The only way for that to happen is to see that blazing light shine forth in others as your Self in a shared Mind of Innocent Light, for the Halo is the shared face of the Christ Self.

The teaching of the Winged Sun is as old as time itself. It came into being at the same moment as the separation when the dream of forgetfulness began in a wish to be loved in special favor. It was a descent from the Knowledge of God and the certainty of His Light into a world of subjective beliefs and variable perceptions where opposites seem to exist.

As I have mentioned in many of my letters to you, the teaching is the Answer to the questions: “Who am I? What am I? Why am I here? and how do I get back home?” These are all questions you have, which is why you find yourself here.

I discovered it by living in Yeshua's teachings of miracle forgiveness when the true Spiritual Eye opened during a Kundalini awakening. Just as you are about to begin, I began the process of "re-interpretation of defenses" and working out my own “level-confusion” (a deep topic here), as I learned a great appreciation for all beings and circumstances, which became the norm.

As a result, the "inner light" [CE T-2.VI.3:1 was released. Mystical experiences, miracles, and spiritual vision became part of everyday life when one morning I was walking on the beach and looked up to see the sun transformed into a huge golden disk with wings sparkling in rainbow light. The wings transformed from horizontal to vertical as the day progressed, as seen below. It reminded me of ancient Egyptian art, and I asked the Holy Spirit to explain it to me.

​​Within 90 days or so of meditation and mind training in living the true golden rule of miracle forgiveness, the Golden Halo of Light manifested around the head and bodies of everyone. For a small window of time, I stepped out of my normal mental patterns and into the “holy instant”. It was an out-of-pattern time interval where I let go of the illusion of conditional love, differences, scarcity, and a desire to live separate from God’s Will. I wasn’t holding the past against the present, and everything looked brand new. As I looked around, I saw everyone had a healing message to give me, a miracle, if I was willing to not judge them and let go of any grievances.

When I saw this vision of oneness in light, I recognized I am one Self and perceived to be one with the world. I had discovered true Love, Harmony, and Beauty in the Light of Christ-vision and remembered I am the Son of God. I became aware that the images of the physical world with all their differences were being projected onto a black or dark screen in consciousness. I was walking around in a hologram of light my own mind was producing.

Shortly thereafter, I woke up one morning completely amazed to see the crucifixion of Yeshua in a hologram of rainbow light in front of me. The crucified horizontal arms and body of a man transformed into an angel whose wings, over the course of the day, went vertical, just like they did with the Winged Sun on the beach that day. Yet I had just watched the crucifixion of Yeshua to resurrect as an angel!

I continued the practice, and although the golden light halo faded, a white light, almost ethereal halo became a regular occurrence. In another year and several months, the veil of the physical world and the illusion of darkness, a cloud around my mind, began to be lifted. The process exposed a world of winged Beings of Light, angels beyond the veil of the physical universe, all around me. I am one of those winged beings, and you are just like me, yet your eye is asleep and mine has awakened.

The Holy Spirit answered my question about the Winged Sun I saw that day on the beach. It symbolizes the Golden Halo of Light which comes when Kundalini energy is released. An orb which shines like the sun, a reflection of Source Light and Life, as God Himself. The physical face is exchanged for the face of Christ or God as a halo. A light that expands beyond the circle, covering all things in our shared innocence. A vision that corrects our perceptions of differences and transfers the mind from body identification to light and soul, granting us the remembrance of our shared Wings as the Sons of God and angels we are in the Kingdom of Heaven.

I discovered I am living in a world of fallen angels, going through my own resurrection, learning to fully transcend the idea of darkness, death, differences, and many others. And today I am still transcending.

How is this possible? I was willing to try to see everyone as an equal messenger of love and to let go of all division in my mind.

“Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.” Jesus - Luke 20:36, KJV

I couldn’t maintain my vision of the angelic world, it was too bright for me to handle, and in many ways still is.  At that time, it would fade in and fade out for Christ-"vision will come to you at first in glimpses, but they will be enough to show you what is given you who see your brother sinless. [CE T-20.VII.9:8]

I still had more to heal and needed to understand what was in the way of making the Christ vision constant and preventing me from fully crossing over.

I continued the miracle forgiveness practice and was led by the Holy Spirit to the Amazon jungle to meet my teachers, a Shipibo master and the Spirit of Ayahuasca. My first teacher, Alfredo, was the only man who was able to sit with me in the angelic world I have met to date. It was his natural state when he drank Ayahuasca.

Working with him, I began the process of a meditation practice working with the Spirit of a plant whose intelligence was far beyond my own. I know how strange that sounds to so many people. A plant Spirit who got through to me just as effectively as any other spiritual teacher, but at the same time had a superior knowledge of the true nature of Reality than any current living master in the world today. A master who has taught me alongside Yeshua: “Plants and Miracles: Flight of the Eagle and the Condor.”

In these discourses, I am going to share with you the fundamentals that led to the breakout of inner light on the beach that day. The very same lessons Ayahuasca and Yeshua reviewed with me in ceremonies years later. Lessons I was asked to take more seriously, even today. Each one is a mighty miracle that helps transcend body identification and the physical world, while fostering soul identification and awareness of the realm of immortal light, invisible to physical eyes. This is a principle of every miracle.
